The plastic bracket on my bike light broke, rather than buy a new light. I wanted to repair it.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not offer replacement parts. However, someone had created the design for one on a well know database of plastic replacement parts, called Thingiverse, see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4186517
One of the other Repair Cafe Gosport volunteers, who is a member at Make Gosport, kindly offered to make the part on a 3D printer. It was a simple task to unscrew the broken piece and replace it with the fixed one.
